of Employer’s Passport (for individuals)
Bloc Visa or Visa Quota
Special Power of Attorney
This
document is required by the Thai Ministry
of Labor, to legalize the recruitment
process of
Thai professionals and workers
by the Principal, constituting
Sapa International Recruitment
Service Co., Ltd., as its legal representative
in Thailand. This
document empowers
Sapa to act
for and on behalf
of the Principal.
This document
is signed by the authorized
signatory of the
Principal and authenticated
by the Thai Labor
Consul or Attachè in
the country
of the
Principal
or the sponsoring country.
Recruitment Agreement
This
document defines the terms and conditions
of the business relationship, the
responsibilities
of the parties, and the monetary consideration
involved in the
business relationship.
Demand Letter (Job Order)
This
document contains the specifications
of the employer:
Name, business address
telephone, telex and fax numbers,
number of professional workers needed in each
job category, salary rates,
job title, working
hour, accommodation, job specification for
each worker, and
other fringe benefits.
Standard
Employment Contract
This
document contains terms and
conditions of employment such as, working
hour,
overtime, leaves, probation period,
provision of living accommodation,
medical
treatment and catering, etc.
